If any component of the bouquet is missing, it will be replaced with a similar element of equal value that does not change the overall appearance of the bouquet (preserving the cost and the overall look).

Flowers are perishable goods with a high risk zone; we are only responsible until the moment of delivery to the recipient.

-In accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 778 of 14.06.2002, flowers and floral arrangements are classified as perishable goods and are not subject to return or exchange.

-This rule is due to the nature of the product, as well as the specifics of its transportation and storage, which affect the freshness and appearance of the products.

-Nevertheless, in order to resolve possible disputes and satisfy customers, we are ready to consider the possibility of replacing the goods in exceptional cases where there are objective defects not caused by the buyer.

-Since the freshness of flowers depends on many factors, including transportation conditions, we consider each case individually.

If you find any defects in the bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos confirming the issue. We will review your claim and offer solutions, such as replacing the product with a similar or equivalent one.

• -Information on the consumer properties of the product (flower grade, dimensions), if not specified in the detailed product description.
